GCB Bank holds draw of its “Big Money Promo”

The GCB Bank Limited on Tuesday, held the second mini draw of its “Big Money Promo”, at the Liberty House branch in Accra, to reward its customers.

Winners of the draw include Mr Kasimu Ashadu of the Yeji branch won 5kva and Mr Ben Bright Caicuo and 1kva generators, while Abigal Gyamfi of the High Street took the cash prize of GH? 3,000.00, and Akosua Adjei Boakye, a Samsung Galaxy- S6 Edge mobile phone.

Mr Sebuabei Makafui, who saves with the Tema branch, Victor and Gifty Ankora, Republic House branch, and Thomas Osei Gyau of Domaa Ahenkro, were presented with their prizes made up of a 5kva generator, cash prizes of GH¢3,000.00 and GH¢2,000.00 as their rewards form the maiden draw of the promo.

Mrs Doris Wunu, Head of Consumer Banking of the GCB Bank Limited, congratulated all the winners for their successes, and encouraged others to join the family to save towards their future needs.

She said: “We are making strides in improving the deposit of your bank GCB in the face of what we all acknowledge to be a challenging economic situation.”

According to her the GCB is repositioning itself as a modern, progressive and customer-centred bank, to roll out exciting products and services that would improve customers’ investments and create wealth for them.

She therefore called on new and existing customers to make deposits with the GCB Bank so as to benefit from the range of prizes in the Big Money Promo, which would end in October.

Mrs Wunu said the idea of the programme is to inspire Ghanaians to cultivate a saving culture, and in addition to winning prizes, customers could earn interest on their deposits.

Mr Robert Akate Adamu, Acting Chief Operating Officer of the Bank, said the promotion is very real and a win-win situation for their customers.

He explained that new customers could qualify for the promo by opening a new account with GH¢500.00 or its multiples, in order to benefit from the range of prizes, which include cash rewards of GH¢100,000.00, GH¢200,000.00 and a whopping GH¢300,000.00 in the various draws.
