Hearts of Oak have confirmed the resignation of Eddie Ansah as the club’s goalkeeper’s trainer.
The former Ghana international has slapped in his application to become the substantive coach of the Phobians.
Ansah served as interim coach for Hearts following the departure of Herbert Addo.
He has now turned in his resignation so he can focus on becoming the next substantive coach of the club.
“Edward Ansah in his pursuit to become the substantive head coach of the club resigned as the Goalkeeper’s trainer,” Hearts’ spokesman Kwame Opare Addo confirmed.
“He believes he possess the qualities to become the substantive coach and that is why he resigned his post as goalkeeper’s trainer to apply for the substantive head coaching job.”
