Great Olympics and Bechem United will lock horns at the Accra Sports Stadium on Thursday in one of the outstanding 2016/2017 Ghana Premier League games. The two are among the three sides yet to pick a win this season. They have one point apiece just like champions Wa All Stars. But the 2016 FA Cup winners have one other outstanding game against Tema Youth to be played on Wednesday, March 8.
After returning to the Premier League with former captain Godwin Attram as head coach, Olympics are yet to find their form. They relinquished a 2-0 first half lead to draw 2-2 with Elmina Sharks in what was supposed to be their second home game, on Match Day 3.
The match on Thursday, rescheduled from Match Day 1, will be handled by referee OB Amankwaa. CAF-suspended Joseph Lamptey will be the 4th official with Samuel Borquaye and Joseph Ayambila to serve as the assistant referees. A win for either side will see them move out of the relegation zone.
