Leaders WAFA became the first club to accumulate more than 40 points this season to confirm their status for next season.
The Academy Boys beat ten-man Bechem United 2-0 on Wednesday afternoon at home in the week 22 fixture to tally 43 points.
Togo import Komlan Agbeniandan converted a 20th minute penalty and young striker Richard Danso added the second in the 52nd minute.
Three minutes before that assurance goal, Bechem United centre-back Daniel Egyin was sent off for a second bookable offence after a tackle on Majeed Ashimeru.
WAFA have opened a three-point lead and have one game in hand.
