Ghana Leadership Award recognizes George Andah as Best Member of Parliament for 2018

Nenyi George Andah, Member of Parliament representing Awutu Senya West constituency, was on the 22nd of December adjudged winner of 2018 Ghana Leadership Awards in the "BEST MP OF THE YEAR" category, for his perceived influence and favour.

At the event in Accra, the MP received commendations from high profile personalities.

George Andah was, however, unable to attend the event, as he was already scheduled to join constituents, family and well-wishers to thank God in Senya Beraku, at his annual Christmas Carols Night.

The Organizers of the Ghana Leadership Awards, on Monday 31st December 2018, presented certificates and a plaque, to the MP at his house.

George Andah joins former President Rawlings; Majority Leader, Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu; Osabarima Kwesi Ata; President Akufo-Addo and Dr. Kweku Oteng who have are previous recipients of the Ghana Leadership Awards.

One of the organizers, Emmanuel Nash explained that the honours were conveyed on George Andah to celebrate his outstanding and exemplary leadership that has a significant and positive impact to advancing Ghana and for his extraordinary service to Ghana and humanity at large.

The MP expressed gratitude to God and a host of personalities who have aided his success, including Kwamena Bartels, Frank Damali, Norkor Duah, Gaddy Laryea, Torgbor Mensah, his family, teams and friends during a chat with the media.

He expressed humility and gratitude to the President for giving him the chance to serve in the executive.

He also opined his extreme gratitude to his constituents who took him to parliament and have cooperated with him, in the bid to make Awutu Senya West better for all.

He expressed his continuing commitment to providing equal opportunity for all and bettering the lives of his constituents.
