Former Ghana U-20 captain, Emmanuel Toku has added his voice to the growing concerns of the Covid-19 pandemic which is on the rise in Europe.

Toku plays in Denmark’s First Division for Fremad Amager.

Denmark has recorded a total of 1,132 cases with six dead recorded which has led to schools and the airport closed down.

The 19-year old shared his experience on state of coronavirus in Copenhagen in an interview with the Accra based Happy FM.

“Football has been suspended and I am currently at home”.

“We have not been told to go home by the club. The club has given as a program for us to train alone at home”.

Toku stated that life is boring at the moment due to suspension of the league and he only has to stay indoors.

“I am always in the room and in the evening I go out to do some personal training on my own”.

“I always play my play station and then call my other colleagues on the phone”.

"Here in Copenhagen, it's only the airports and schools that have been closed down but the supermarkets are still operating"

He advised Ghanaians to adhere to the directives and stay safe.
