The Vice President, Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, has commended the outgoing Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Ghana, Abdulfatah Ahmed Khalifa Al Sattari, for the consistency, warmth, and professionalism with which he carried out his diplomatic duties during his eleven years of service in the country.
The commendation was shared in a post on her X page on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, following a farewell meeting she held on behalf of President John Dramani Mahama to mark the conclusion of Ambassador Al Sattari’s tenure in Ghana.
“The meeting marked the conclusion of Ambassador Al Sattari’s eleven years of distinguished service in Ghana. Ghana appreciates the consistency and warmth with which he carried out his diplomatic responsibilities, and the positive impact his work has had in our country,” the post read.

The Vice President also expressed Ghana’s appreciation for the long-term impact of Ambassador Al Sattari’s work, “We wish him well as he continues his journey, and we remain confident that the bonds he has helped to strengthen between our nations will endure,” she added.
