Ghana and Maritzburg United goalkeeper Richard Ofori has earned nomination for 2019/20 South Africa Premier League Best Player award following his impressive performances.
The 26-year-old has kept an impressive 10 clean sheets in 24 matches and is only one behind SuperSport United’s Ronwen Williams who tops the table with 11.
Ofori has been one of the standout players for his side, conceding just 17 goals with only Mamelodi Sundowns having given away fewer goals with 15 strikes against them.
This award is an initiative by KickOff Magazine and the winner will be decided by fans votes via kickoff.com
The former Wa All Stars shot-stopper has been linked with a summer move to several clubs including Belgian Pro Jupiler League side Gent.
