Nana Konadu Rawlings, President of 31st December (coup) Womens' Movement and wife of the Ghanaian President is reported by the Pioneer to have said at a recent rally at Berekum, Brong Ahafo that the present economic and political reforms of the P/NDC govt have greatly improved the standard of living of the ordinary Ghanaian.

Nana Konadu Rawlings, President of 31st December (coup) Womens' Movement and wife of the Ghanaian President is reported by the Pioneer to have said at a recent rally at Berekum, Brong Ahafo that the present economic and political reforms of the P/NDC govt have greatly improved the standard of living of the ordinary Ghanaian. Nana Rawlings asked the women to register in their numbers when the electoral register re-opens on 1 Sept 1995, adding that if they failed to register, they will be foregoing their right either to vote or be voted for.
