Globacom considers Ghana license bid

Nigeria?s second national operator Globacom is reportedly considering making a bid for one of Ghana?s mobile licenses. Globacom is understood to have submitted an application to the regulator, the National Communications Authority (NCA), although it is not yet clear whether Globacom has applied for a new mobile license or to buy shares in Ghana Telecom, currently undergoing privatization.
