Editor-in-chief of the Insight Newspaper, Kwesi Pratt jnr has indicated that government can only be adjudge after it has completed its maximum years.

Speaking in an interview with Radio Gold’s host, Peter Bamfoh on the Alhaji and Alhaji talk show Saturday, 12, August, 2017, he said, ”It will be very very sad for one to say that a gov’t that is barely seven months old to relegate on all its promises.” Cos you and i know politics as it is goes on campaign promises. He added

According to him: “A government can only be adjudged after it has done a maximum of its tenure. You have four year tenure as government, you barely done three months. It will be premature to really adjudge the government as to whether it is doing well or very bad.

Speaking on the issue on the issue of the re-introduction of the quota-system into the nurse training, there has been a huge backlog of nurses. Almost everyday we hear picketing at the ministry of health by various category of nurses maybe graduate nurse or midwife nurses who needed clearance or money from the gov’t and this issue has been in existence for more than six years now.

He maintained: If indeed there has been a re-introducion of quota system. It may be a strategy by the gov’t to ensure that they find a way dealing with the backlog of nurses in the system then we must find a way of absorbing all these graduates nurses in the system for years and yet to be engaged.

According to him, if we all don’t take the boldness to arrest the situation, i can tell you in the coming years, there is going to be a lot more of not only nurses but graduate of all categories.
