Kwae (E/R), Nov. 22, GNA - Government was putting measures in place to bring small-scale palm oil producers together to fortify their products for the promotion of good health. Mr Richard Odum Nyumuah, Project Manager of Food Fortification Project, announced this during a visit to the Ghana Oil Palm Development Company (GOPDC) at Kwae in the Kwaebibirem District on Tuesday. He noted that palm oil being produced by small- scale producers lacked adequate Vitamins because of the process the product had to go through which was unwholesome.
