Government to raise funds in US for National Cathedral

A national fundraising programme is scheduled to be held in Ghana and later in the US for the building of a national cathedral, the Minister of Finance has stated.

The formal launch will first be held in Accra on Friday, December 28 while the second will be held in the United States in February, 2019.

He also mentioned that, the Cathedral will contain the first ever bible museum and documentation center and this among other things will make Ghana the beacon of tourist destination.

He mentioned this during the presentation of the 2019 budget in parliament.
