Accra, Jan. 25, GNA - The Meteorological Services Department on Tuesday said that the harmattan condition over the whole country has now relaxed.

This is due to the inflow of moisture up to the middle sectors. As a result widespread mist or fog would affect the Southern half by early morning.

Few clouds would also develop over the Coastal and Forest areas till late afternoon. The Northern areas would, however, remain hot and dry during the day but the night would be cold.

Maximum and minimum temperatures in degree Celsius valid from today 0600 hours to Wednesday 0600 hours are as follows: Coastal areas; between 32 degrees and 23degrees; Forest and Mountainous Areas; between 34 degrees and 20 degrees and Northern Ghana; between 37 degrees and 20 degrees.
