Crisis-club Hearts of Oak will not sign any high-profile players ahead of the start of the new season.
Hearts have given up on their chase for high-profile players due to their lack of financial warchest.
The club has confirmed it has decided against signing any big-name player, barely a month for the start of the new season.
‘We bought many players few season ago and yet we have not made any impact as we speak’. Club’s spokesman Opare Addo
‘The club pumped in millions but nothing positive has come out it. We cannot continue to just spend like that.
‘We need to give the current players the chance to improve and hopefully they can help us win the title’.
Hearts have remained trophyless for the past six years.
