Hearts of Oak board member Frank Nelson says Frank Nuttall will not be fired even if he fails to win the Ghana Premier League this season.
The Scotsman joined the Phobians during the second week and has managed one win, two draws and one defeat.
''We have a contract with him, he just began work, we need to give him time, he is getting to know the players well,'' Nelson told Starr FM.
''Yes of course there is a target for him but it doesn’t mean if he fail to win the title he will be sacked, that is not part of his contract.
“We are giving him all the support he needs and we know he will succeed with the Club, there is still a long way to go in the League.''
