Here is a list of charges OSP has filed against Ken Ofori-Atta and seven others

The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has formally charged former Minister for Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta, along with seven other individuals, with a total of 78 counts of corruption and corruption-related offences.

The seven others charged are Ernest Akore, former Chef de Cabinet to the Finance Minister; Emmanuel Kofi Nti, former Commissioner-General of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA); Rev. Ammishaddai Owusu-Amoah, former Commissioner-General of the GRA; Isaac Crentsil, former Commissioner of the Customs Division of the GRA and General Manager for Strategic Mobilisation Ghana Limited; Kwadwo Damoah, former Commissioner of the Customs Division of the GRA and Member of Parliament for Jaman South; and Evans Adusei.

Here is a breakdown of the charges filed by OSP

• Ken Nana Ofori-Atta – 28 counts

• Isaac Crentsil – 19 counts

• Ernest Darko Akore – 12 counts

• Kwadwo Damoah – 8 counts

• Emmanuel Kofi Nti – 3 counts

• Evans Adusei – 9 counts

• Ammishaddai Owusu-Amoah – 10 counts

• Strategic Mobilisation Ghana Ltd – 18 counts

The OSP had earlier indicated that charges would be preferred against the former Finance Minister and other officials by the end of November 2025, following a detailed investigation into alleged financial misconduct.

At a press briefing on October 30, 2025, Special Prosecutor Kissi Agyebeng revealed that the investigation uncovered evidence of serious financial irregularities involving top officials of the Ministry of Finance, the GRA, and individuals linked to Strategic Mobilisation Ghana Limited.

“The outcome of the investigation is that the OSP will charge the following persons with various corruption and corruption-related offences before the end of November 2025,” the OSP stated.
