Former presidential hopeful of the New Patriotic Party Dr. Arthur Kennedy says Democratic presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton was bad candidate for her party following the e-mail scandal.
The candidate has been cleared twice by the FBI over her use of a private email server while secretary of state.
Speaking from his residence in the United States, the medical doctor in an interview with Rainbow Radio’s Kwame Tutu said the scandal affected her chances.
In his view, Hillary Clinton was a bad candidate for the election.
The Republican nominee earlier racked up wins in the Midwest and South, while Mrs Clinton swept the Northeast, ABC News projects.
A candidate must secure 270 of the 538 electoral college votes to declare victory.
In July, an FBI investigation concluded no "reasonable prosecutor" would bring a criminal case against Mrs Clinton, but that she and her aides were "extremely careless" in their handling of classified information.
Then the FBI surprised everyone, 11 days before the election, by announcing it was examining newly discovered emails sent or received by Hillary Clinton.
Two days before voting booths opened across the nation, FBI Director James Comey announced he was standing by his original assessment - that Mrs Clinton should not face criminal charges.
