The King of the Gonja Kingdom, Yagbonwura Bii Kunuto Jewu Soale I, has held successful discussions with an NPP delegation over the ban of the Damongo Member of Parliament, Samuel Abu Jinapor.

The delegation, led by the Chieftaincy and Culture Affairs Minister, Stephen Asamoah Boateng, visited the Yagbonwura with the Damongo MP and other bigwigs from the NPP.

The King of the Gonja Kingdom, Yagbonwura Bii Kunuto Jewu Soale I, instructed all chiefs in the Gonjaland paramountcies not to grant access to the Damongo Member of Parliament, Samuel Abu Jinapor, to their various palaces.
