The Founder and Flagbearer of the All People's Congress (APC), Dr Hassan Ayariga, has announced plans to introduce a 24-hour economy to boost Ghana's economic growth.
He explained that this system will ensure that Ghanaians work in a three-shift system to meet the demands of the economy.
Speaking in an interview with GhanaWeb on Election Desk, he said, “We are going to work 24 hours around the clock to achieve economic growth, with Ghanaians working 8 hours in the morning, 8 hours in the afternoon, and 8 hours in the evening.
"With this three-shift system, we will turn our workforce into three.”
He also outlined some development plans and visions for Ghana ahead of the 2024 general elections, explaining that he is the best person to lead Ghana and take it out of its economic woes.
