Under the Liberal Party of Ghana's presidency, Ghanaians will receive free tertiary education, the party has announced. This was disclosed by the party’s presidential candidate, Percival Kofi Akpaloo.

Speaking in an interview on Frontline on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM, he promised to continue with the implementation of the free senior high school policy. He promised to make the policy more efficient, effective, and better than what is being done under the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).

He has therefore appealed to Ghanaians to vote massively for his party, join his campaign, support his activities, and elect him as president and all his parliamentary candidates in the constituencies where they are contesting.

According to him, he will fulfill his promises when elected president; hence, Ghanaians must trust in his abilities to deliver.

“If, by God’s grace, I am elected president, I will roll out several social intervention programmes. I will deliver on all my promises. My presidency will pay child support and unemployment benefits.

"I will continue with the implementation of the free SHS policy. I will also introduce free tertiary education so Ghanaians will have an opportunity to access tertiary education.

"I would invest heavily in road infrastructure and ensure our roads don’t develop potholes. I will deliver on or honour my promises. That is why I am asking Ghanaians to trust me.

"All the promises and pledges are from deep down in my heart. That is why I am encouraging everyone to join my campaign and support me. Our symbol is the star, and our colours are orange and white.

"Please vote massively for me, so I will be your next president to serve you. I also appeal to you all to vote for my parliamentary candidates as well,” he stated.
