I’ll never forgive Inusah Fuseini - NDC Youth Organizer

Embittered Northern Regional Youth Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Alhaji Mohammed Aminu has explicitly stated that he will find it extremely difficult to forgive former Minister of Lands and Forestry, Alhaji Innusah Fusheini for the manner in which he treated him.

According to him, the lawmaker for Tamale Central made it appear as though he was a criminal who had stolen a party campaign vehicle and subsequently lodged a complaint with the police leading to the seizure of the vehicle in question.

The vehicle he explained was given to him by the campaign team of the party and took his official vehicle in return. His refusal to release the pickup in question he explained was just to compel the campaign team return his vehicle that was also taken away by another person.

“I want to put this on record; I will never forgive him for this. I will not forgive and forget this and the judgment of God shall be passed on us all”, a livid Abio as affectionately called revealed on Tamale-based Dimond FM.

The pickup vehicle used by Alhaji Mohammed Aminu was seized by the police in a rambo style after the former minister lodged a complaint with them it had been stolen.

He claimed to have secured the vehicles for some members of the campaign team who are executives with the understanding that they would be returned after the elections.

According to him, this was aimed at catering for the logistical constraint that was encountered by the party prior to the 2016 polls but after the elections, persons including the Regional Youth Organiser and others deliberately refused to return their vehicles.

“I feel pained talking about this matter. I feel very very pained talking about this matter. I wish I could let this matter rest. The party prior to the 2016 elections formed a campaign coordinating team in all the regions. I was part of the campaign coordinating team; we met the first time and we all talked about logistics then the youth organizer, women’s organizer and some other people said they did not have vehicles…… well I said I will organize some vehicles for them. I spoke to one or two friends and the donated two pickups on the understanding that the vehicles will be returned after the elections”, he revealed on Tamale-based Diamond FM.

He said he has made fruitless efforts to retrieve the vehicles and confronted the regional Campaign Coordinator; Alhaji Mohammed Muniru-Limuna who asked him to use any available means to retrieve the vehicle since he was being harassed by the owners.

But Alhaji Mohammed Aminu has expressed worry at the level the former minister has descended making him appear as though he is a thief.
