A well-known figure in Kumasi, Kweku Kweku, also known as 'Krofrom Killer', has expressed that he would not have chosen the path of notoriety if he could turn back time.
He acknowledged that while he once took pleasure in his infamous reputation during his youth, he has come to realise that it was an unworthy pursuit in life.
He revealed that some of his peers, who were focused and hardworking, have now achieved prominence and are leading better lives.
In an interview with Poleena Multimedia, which GhanaWeb monitored, Krofrom Killer reflected on his past, stating that if given the opportunity to relive his younger years, he would have stayed out of trouble.
He mentioned that, given another chance, he would have opted for pastoral work.
"What led to my regret is that notoriety got me nowhere in life. Perhaps I would have had a better life if not for my stubbornness. If time could be reversed, I even wish I was a pastor. It's not too late; we are still working on it. Some of my friends are employed in reputable companies and enjoying a good life," he remarked.
During the interview, Krofrom Killer also recounted his twelve-year imprisonment without trial under the regime of the late former President Jerry John Rawlings.
