The Amasaman High Court has reduced the 15-year jail term handed to Evangelist Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, to 12 months, following an appeal.
The latest development has brought to light a prophecy made by the Founder and Leader of Prophetic Hill Chapel, Prophet Nigel Gaisie, during his 31st December 2025 watch night service.

Gaisie had gone on record to declare that Agradaa would walk free, regardless of the heavy hand of the law.
Detailing a vivid vision he experienced last December, Prophet Gaisie said he heard the news of Agradaa’s release on local media stations and also saw white handkerchiefs signaling victory.
“I saw Agradaa released. I don't know how it's going to happen. December 22, I was sleeping and the Lord carried me into a vision, then I saw and I heard on radio in our local language that she's released. So, when I was about to wake up from my vision, I saw white handkerchiefs,” he told his congregation at the watchnight service in 2025.
The prophet added that though he doesn’t know the timeline for the prophecy’s fulfillment, he remains emphatic in his trust and faith in God to make it happen.
“I don't know when, I don't know how, but as a prophet of the lord, who sayeth and it comes to pass, I've seen spiritually that Agradaa has been released and we pray that the word of the Lord will come to pass,” he added.
The Amasaman High Court, in its ruling on Thursday, February 5, 2026, ruled that Nana Agradaa’s initial 15-year sentence was harsh and excessive.
