Flagbearer of the Ghana Freedom Party, Akua Donkor, has stated that she will stop at nothing in her pursuit of justice following a robbery attack she's alleged to have suffered at the hands of her driver and some accomplices.
Akua Donkor is said to have been robbed of her travelling bag containing a plane ticket, Ghanaian passport, Voter’s ID, and an amount of $30,000 at Suotuom in Accra earlier this year. The act is purported to have been carried out by one Yakubu Yusif, chairman of the Ghana Freedom Party, Barnabas Kayase, the personal driver of Akua Donkor and Secretary of the Ghana Freedom Party, Opoku Agyemang, a trader and Abdul Razak Shaibu of the GPRTU.
Speaking after a court hearing Tuesday morning, Akua Donkor said despite her affiliation with the people alleged to have committed the robbery incident, she will pursue the matter to its conclusion.
“I won’t say just because you are from my town and you’ve committed crime or killed a person, I will cover up for you, I will not condone evil", the flagbearer of the Ghana Freedom Party said.
