NDC’s beleaguered aspiring presidential candidate has threatened to seek redress at the law court and place injunction on the party’s November 7, presidential primaries after attempts by the party to disqualify him from contesting President John Dramani Mahama.

He dared his party’s General Secretary, Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketia to oust him from the contest and face his wrath – “I am daring Asiedu Nketia to go ahead with his plans. If they try to disqualify me, I will sue him or place injunction on the elections”.

“Asiedu Nketia called me a 'mad man'…he is rather mad,” – he said on TV3.

George Boateng who is also the Youth Organiser of the NDC, Oyarifa Ward Branch has been in the news for the past week after picking his "fake" nomination form at the party’s national headquarters at Adabraka in Accra, to signify his readiness for the umbrella family’s presidential primaries scheduled for November 7, 2015.

Just after picking his form and making his intentions public, the ruling party’s general secretary denied the authenticity of the form after describing George Boateng as an “insane” person on NEAT FM’s morning show "Ghana Montie".

The NDC has so far sacked its administrators who sold the form to George Boateng – the party maintained that the form in George Boateng's possession is not the original form.

The party however blamed the party officials who sold out the form for disregarding the party’s regulations.
