IGP's name pops up in VGMA brouhaha

A lot of people have tried to apportion blame following the fracas that took place at the 20th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.

Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Charterhouse have all had their own share.

Today's review of the fracas mentioned the police officer who was also holding a gun; some critics claim he wanted to give a warning shot in the midst of the chaos...REALLY???...And the IGP, David Asante-Apeatu.
