Nazir Nortei Alema, the Ghanaian recruited by terrorist group, ISIS, has posted another message on Facebook praising Allah.
In his latest post, the former student of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) wrote: “All Praise is for Allah. We praise Him and seek His assistance. We ask for His forgiveness and take refuge in Him from the evil within ourselves and from the evil of our deeds.”
“He whom Allah guides will never be diverted yet whomever He sends astray will never find his way, and I bear witness that Muhammad SAW is HIS servant and messenger. O Lord, nothing is easy except for what you make easy. And You lighten distress if You wish. As to what follows: My Strange but Obligatory Migration”.
Earlier in the month, Alema communicated for the first time with his friends and family via Facebook. He posted a short message that read: “As-salaamu 'Alaikum, From The Islamic State, with Joy.”
Alema, 25, holds a degree in Geography and Rural Development from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
It was reported in August this year that he travelled to join the ranks of the militant group after completing his national service at the Ghana Statistical Service (GSS).
He had told his family through a WhatsApp message that he was leaving for Prestea in the Western Region, from where he would proceed to Takoradi on an official assignment, but it later turned out he was heading to the camp of ISIS.
