Request for your serial number from the customer service personnel.

He or she will ask you basic information like your name, last transaction, location and the national card used in registering the SIM card.

After he or she will give you the 19 digit code and Voila you are good to go

Follow the steps on your student staff-service portal to activate your data.

Vodafone will activate within 24 hrs and you are good to go.
