Incompetent Health Minister must resign - Alhaji Sannie

A leading member of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ashanti Region and one time Ashanti Regional Vice Chairman of the party, Alhaji Sannie Snr. is calling for immediate resignation of Health Minister Kwaku Agyemang-Manu.

According to the astute politician, the minister has failed drastically in finding measures to curtail the Kumasi Academy Senior High School mysterious death.

Four students, a girl and three boys have died from what has been confirmed by the Health ministry as Influenza H1N1 2009.

He argues the sector minister’s incompetent administration is what have led the the death of almost 11 students from April to December 2017.

Speaking on Abusua Nkommo hosted by Kwame Adinkra, Alhaji Sannie said the four students who recently died would have been alive and kicking if the Health Ministry had thoroughly investigated what led to the death of seven students in April and put pragmatic measures in place to prevent any future occurrences.

He says ”I am demanding a resignation of the Health director and the Minister of Health, they have clearly demonstrated that they are highly incompetent and doesn’t deceive to be where they are”.

‘’I want them resigned as soon as possible’’.
