You must become an “obedient” fish and you must remain fresh for “smooching and kissing”, if you are a “fine girl”, but is “struggling”, and you want to make the four years journey of acquiring a degree through the prestigious University in West Africa.
A chilling documentary of ‘sex for grades’, an exposé released by BBC Africa Eye has indicated that Lecturers from the University of Lagos (UniLag) take delight in groping their female students.
Lecturers at UniLag, so generous and thoughtful, have designated a whole room, so cold, to preserve the “benefits” of “fine girls”, who “pay with their bodies”, for “not for free good grades” and other favours from their professors.
A randy Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Arts and a former Sub-Dean of UniLag, Dr Boniface Igbeneghu, the unofficial porter at the “cold room”, knows the room from all corners and has shamelessly been describing the episodes behind the doors of the staff club house’s upper floors, where lecturers “kiss, smooch, romance and touch the breasts of students”.
“There’s an upper part of the staff club there; where lecturers, when they take the girls there, they go there to go and smooch them, and romance them”; “to smooch, touch their breasts, touch up their body. “It’s a club, so they call it the “cold room; inside the clubhouse”, the lustful pastor described to a seventeen-year-old girl who wanted admission into UniLag.
In subsequent meetings, he would go on to turn his office into a second “cold room”, to let her into the “experience”, his victims go through.
“How old are you? 17 and you look very big like this? Do you know you are a beautiful girl? Do you know I am a pastor and I am in my fifties? What would shock you is that even at my age now if I want a girl of your age, a 17-year-old all I need is sweet tongue[talk] and put some money in her hand and get her”, he bragged.
On the final meeting, Dr Pastor Boniface enacts a typical cold room experience; “be obedient; I want to direct you properly, so you achieve your aim; your aim of getting admission. Do you want me to kiss you? Answer. Do you want me to kiss you? No I’m not talking about you kissing me; if you want me to kiss you, switch off this light, lock the door. I’ll kiss you for one minute. That’s what happens in the cold room”.
According to the documentary that has a captured Dr. Paul Kwame Butakor a lecturer at the Department of Teacher Education of the School of Education and Leadership at the University of Ghana wooing a female student, it appears Dr Boniface Igbeneghu is a better master at coaxing “vulnerable fine girls”, in some of West Africa’s most prestigious universities.
BBC Africa Eye is premiered the documentary on October 7, 2019, which has fingered several lecturers whose main stock in trade is getting beautiful female students laid in return for grades.
