Intensify your prayers for government – President Akufo-Addo urges Clergymen

President Nana Addo has called on clergymen to continue to earnestly pray for members in the various arms of government.

Nana Addo said this on Thursday, 7th, December, 2017 during a National Thanksgiving Service one year after the 7th December general elections on the theme: "O magnify the Lord With me, and let us exalt his name- psalm 34:3".

According to the president, "It is indeed the Lord who fought their battle for them to win the 2016 general elections.”

He added that they "should continue to pray for him for the spirit of passion, humility and the tenacity to govern Ghana to the glorification of God.”
