It's unwise for you to attack Owusu-Bempah'- Kumchacha tells Mr. Beautiful

The general overseer of Heaven's Gate Ministries, Prophet Kumchacha, has admonished actor Mr. Beautiful following his recent allegations against Rev. Owusu-Bempah.

Mr. Beautiful recently alleged that Rev. Owusu-Bempah is responsible for what he described as the downfall of Prophet Badu Kobi's ministry.

But speaking on the development in a viral video spotted online on December 17, 2024, Prophet Kumchacha has expressed disapproval of Mr. Beautiful's statements, labeling them unwise.

"Mr. Beautiful, you didn’t do well by mentioning Rev. Owusu-Bempah during your interview. Why bring up his name now? The issue between Rev. Owusu-Bempah and Badu Kobi happened six or seven years ago. What you said is useless and unnecessary. I don’t know if you’re trying to gain fame from this, but it’s not right," Kumchacha fumed.

He further criticised the actor for stirring controversy now that Rev. Owusu-Bempah has publicly supported John Mahama, stating that it is inappropriate to reignite old tensions.

"You don't have to cause commotion now that Rev. Owusu-Bempah has thrown his support for John Mahama. You didn't do well at all," he said.

Kumchacha emphasised that the two pastors had resolved their differences, and as such, Mr. Beautiful's comments were uncalled for.

He also shared a personal experience to emphasise that there is, indeed, peace between Rev. Owusu-Bempah and Prophet Badu Kobi.

"At my mother’s funeral, both Rev. Owusu-Bempah and Badu Kobi were there and greeted each other peacefully. Even when President Mahama invited all clergymen, both of them attended and greeted each other in a joyous manner. So why bring up such issues now?" Kumchacha questioned.

Background

In a recent interview on Power FM, Mr. Beautiful claimed that Rev. Owusu-Bempah had caused the downfall of Prophet Badu Kobi.

According to him, Rev. Owusu-Bempah threatened to collapse Badu Kobi’s ministry after he decided to sever ties with him years ago.
