Josephine Asante murder: Driver, houseboy currently on remand - CID boss

CID Boss, DCOP Maame Yaa Tiwaa Addo-Danquah has revealed that two suspects are currently in police custody over the death of Marketing and Public Affairs Manager of the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) in charge of the Tema Port, Josephine Asante

Josephine Asante was stabbed to death at her residence at Community 25.

Addressing the press Tuesday April 2, 2019, DCOP Addo-Danquah noted that the driver and the houseboy of the late GPHA staff have been arrested and are assisting police with investigations. She further explained that the police CID laboratory is currently operational to investigate if there were indeed sperms around the private part of the deceased as reported.

The CID also revealed that 13 persons including Assin Central Member of Parliament and Tiger Eye Boss, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, have been identified and questioned in connection with the gruesome murder of Tiger Eye P.I Team Member, Ahmed Hussein Suale,

Despite having mentioned the number of suspects probed so far, she was emphatic about the non-disclosure of any further details given that investigations are still ongoing.

The CID boss, however assured that the police is working assiduously to ensure that the assassins are arrested and justice is duly served.
