Appealing to the Nation to sincerely forgive former AFRC Military Junta Leaders Jerry John Rawlings and Major (Retired) Boakye Djan for their cowardly bloody days during the 1979 "PIGS REVOLUTION", Ghanaian-American Candidate for Governor of California in 2010 and a former Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, popularly known by Ghanaians around the World as "Kwame Mayor", has publicly said that " since former Military Junta Leader Jerry John Rawlings always boasts that his, and Boakye Djan's AFRC Military regime had to "sacrifice the executed Senior Military Officers including former Heads of State" --- "it is logical to conclude that someday, both Rawlings and Djan could be executed by [their own] June 4th Revolutional ideas and ideals, in order to "sacrifice" them to the gods of the Land

"Osagyefo" Kwame Mayor also pleaded with the Nation to give former President John Agyekum Kuffuor an award --- "COMPANION OF PNDC MILITARY REGIME !!!" --- to highlight the fact that Kufuor once accepted a position from Rawlings' PNDC Military government --- (with the full knowledge that Rawlings and Major (Retired) Boakye Djan had cowardly supervised AFRC Military government that executed the brave Okatakyie Akwasi Amankwa Afrifa and the Beloved Rear Admiral Joy Amedume etc, and also, cold-heartedly murdered the "People's Soldier !!!" --- General Odartey Wellington, to mention but a few.

Meanwhile, pleading with America and Ghana Business Groups, Charities and the White House to sponsor a group of Native American Tribal Chiefs he plans to invite to Ghana to meet Ghanaian Chiefs from [all] Ethnic and Tribal groups for the sake of promoting and strenghtening Cultural and Diplomatic ties between USA and Ghana to coincide with the visit of President Barack Obama to Ghana, and [still] lobbying the White House to accompany President Barack Obama's impending historical trip --- "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng ("Kwame Mayor"), a declared Candidate for Governor of California in 2010 election and a former Precinct Captain / Volunteer for Obama for America's 2008 Presidential Campaign in Los Angeles and Long Beach respectively, has publicly urged Obama's White House to give Ghana Millions of Dollars to build strong foundations of Multi-Party Democracy, Freedom and Liberty and also, increase America's financial assistance to Ghana to combat Malaria, Aids, Polio, Tuberculosis and River Blindness, etc.

Arguing on his popular Campaign Website : WWW.KwameforPresident.Com that " the first U.S. Black President visiting an African Country and failing to meet with the Kings, Chiefs and Queens in the land of Africa would amount to Cultural Insensitivity", the Ghanaian-American Politician publicly advised the White House to arrange a historic meeting between the first Black U.S. President to Ghana to meet National House of Chiefs and especially, Asante King, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II to appease the Ancestors of African-Americans.

The Maverick Ghanaian-American Politician said that it would be in the best interest of the White House and Ghana to include him in President Barack Obama's trip to his Native Country, since he will tell the truth and nothing but the truth --- while the Politicians in Ghana would play "politics as usual !!!".

The first Ghanaian-American to run for Mayor of Los Angeles in 1993 and CPP Parliamentary Candidate for Nhyiaeso Constituency in Kumasi, Ashanti Region in 2004/2008 and currently, a Candidate for California's Governor in 2010, (hoping to succeed the "Terminator" Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger), publicly urged the U.S. President to utilize his impending visit to praise and offer incentives to Ghana's President John Evans Atta Mills to continue the Nation's forward march to democracy - while urging Obama's White House to strongly warn former Military Junta Leader Jerry John Rawlings against promoting Ethnic and Tribalistic-based politics against Asantes and terrorizing an entire Nation of Ghana and moreover, terrorizing any government that comes to power.

"African governments must be warned against terrorizing their own Citizens", proclaimed America's Mandela who has used his Powerful Pen and Moral Courage to - in the immortal words of America's first President George Washington "bravery resist" cruelty and evil of those who have persecuted his life out of sheer ignorance and barbarity of those who still harbour political intolerance.

"Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah further publicly urged President Barack Obama to strongly caution President Mills' administration against suppressing Freedom of Speech and the Press which are crucial to a Nation's Democratic and Economic development, and while praising Ghanaian News Websites for giving him the opportunity to speak (on behalf of the voiceless) for the sake of advancing democracy, the populist Politician asked U.S. President Obama to pressure Ghana's President Mills to conduct investigations as to whether any member of the ruling government or Security forces has ever bribed or coerced any News Media in Ghana or Ghanaian News Website to deliberately suppress his (Kwame Mayor's) Freedom of Speech or whether the News Media / News Websites under President Mills government are deliberately suppressing the freedom of speech of Professor Kwame Ahoofe, Kofi Wayo and others whose opposition have contributed significantly to the Nation's Democratic process.

"The United States should be ready and willing to capture Corrupt Political Terrorists in Ghana such as former Military Junta Leaders Major Boakye Djan, Jerry John Rawlings, former President John Agyekum Kufuor, former Chief of Staff Kwadwo Mpiani and dis-honorable Stephen-Asamoah Boateng ("Asaabe"), my former School Mate who spied and terrorized Ghanaians as a former Minister of Information on behalf of his Boss, former President John Agyekum Kufuor.

Touching on the rights of Ghanaian-Americans, the well-educated and talented Politician asked President Barack Obama to query President John Atta Mills why Ghanaian-Americans are discriminated and marginalized in Ghana's political process and although he (Kwame Mayor) wrote articles appealing to Ghanaians to give a chance to the new Ghanaian-American Mayor of Accra, he wonderes why His Excellency, President John Evans Atta Mills gave his (President Atta Mills') Ghanaian-American friend an opportunity to become Accra Mayor, while the President rejected his (Kwame Mayor's) application to become the Mayor of Kumasi - even though he "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor studied Public Administration and Public Financial Management with such degrees as Master of Public Administration (MPA); Master's Certificate in Public Financial Management, Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs and Public Administration all from the prestigious University of Southern California (USC), coupled with (coursework) in Doctor of Public Administration at the University of Southern California (USC) and currently, an admitted Ph.D. Student at the equally prestigious Claremont Graduate University (CGU).
