National Organizer of the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC),Kofi Adams has said, if he were to be the Inspector General of Police (IGP), the likes of Maxwell Kofi Jumah, Kennedy Agyapong and other functionaries of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) will be behind bars.

According to him, the former deputy local government minister in the erstwhile Kufour administration and Kennedy Agyapong, do not deserve to live among human beings due to their violent nature.

Kofi Adams was responding to statements by Maxwell Kofi Jumah that, they do not trust the Electoral Commission (EC) in the upcoming elections, saying ''The NPP should not waste their time to organise any rally or campaign as well as print t-shirts because, the NDC are planning together with the EC to rig the election and that is why they are claiming to pull 1 million votes in the Ashanti region and also have declared operation 50/50 in the Eastern region. We cannot allow the NDC to rig the elections this year. And that is why i am employing the NPP to purchase a burglar proof...We cannot entertain ballot snatching this election year. We've witnessed how ballot boxes were changed at various police stations in the country after we've gone to sleep. The NPP should not let this happen again. If it happens, then operation let the blood flow.''

The former aid to the Rawlings said ''unfortunately i am not the IGP. If i were to be the IGP, the likes of Kofi Jumah, Kennedy Agyapong and others would have been spending time in the cooler, because they don't deserve to live among us...they don't behave like human beings. And if you do not behave like a human being, you should be caged and given proper training until you start behaving like a human being. By now, they shouldn't be walking on the streets free. Maxwell Kofi Jumah, Kennedy Agyapong; all those characters making violent comments, insulting people left right and centre do not deserve to live among us.''

Speaking to Kwame Tutu on Rainbow Radio 87.5FM, Kofi Adams said, he is however not surprised at the utterances made by Koki Jumah because he is known for that, and has learnt this from their arrogant and violent presidential candidate, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo.

He said, ''luckily i am not a member of the NPP and we not have such characters in the NDC, because we have members who are civilized and well mannered to make such ridiculous statements as politicians.''

The NDC he maintained, do not entertain such abusive and violent language like the opposition NPP.

Kofi Adams added, the NPP over the years has embarked on violence and abuse which has seen them in opposition every election year.

Ghanaians he said, will not make the mistake of voting the NPP into office with the exhibition of violence and abuse on personalities in the country.
