His Majesty, Honourable Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII (Omanhen/Paramount Chief of Abeadze traditional area, the Second term unopposed President of Central Regional House of Chiefs, Current ECG board member, Immediate past member of Presidential transition team & Immediate past member of council of state)
Cherished readers, there is this popular saying that ‘target do we all want to achieve but good strategy is the surest way to get there’.
And, ‘the formulation of a problem is often more essential than the solution itself’..by Albert Einstein
I absolutely found the above two philosophies applicable here.
Honourable Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII, in his humble quest for socio-economic transformation in his traditional area; has laid down two thematic approaches in tackling these socio-economic objectives:
Below is an excerpt of this strategic message from His Majesty, Honourable Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII in his Good will message at the just ended Abeadze Ahobaa Kese festival 2013. It was celebrated with the Theme: 'Ahobaa Kese Festival, A Tool for Translating Our Rich Cutural Heritage Into Development'.
Honourable Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII clearly spelt out these strategies by saying that; “To achieve my focus for the development of Abeadzeman, I have set for myself a dual approach: to develop the human capital; and to develop the local economy. I intend to achieve the former through educational development, advocacy and a functional sense of community ownership. For the latter, modernizing agriculture, creative engagement of the state and our sister cities and other foreign friends, and the development of our rich cultural heritage has been the approach. It is for these that I solicit for the partnership of all who have come to join us in this year’s Ahobaa Kese celebrations. On this visit, I would kindly request you to take a look at the numerous investment opportunities available in Abeadze, go back to resource yourselves and come again, but this time, to grow your capital here in Abeadze”.
Against this backdrop, that Mr. Charles Kofi Wayo express his interest to contribute his quota in alleviating poverty in the traditional area; which of course quickly prompted an appropriate date to be agreed on for a donation ceremony to be held at Abeadze Dominase in Central Region, Ghana.
Certainly, at Abeadze Dominase in central Region, Ghana at the donation ceremony; Mr. Kofi Wayo donated uncountable number of cutlasses to the Abeadzeman citizenry for use in engaging into farming activities. Thus to a large extent contributing his quota towards immediate achievement of the latter dual approach target of His Majesty, Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII; which encapsulate modernizing agriculture in the Abeadze traditional area.
Mr. Wayo in addition to the cutlasses also donated first aid kits to the various schools at the traditional area.
Hopefully and assuring, the well-intentioned Wayo further stated at the ceremony that he would unceasingly continue his kind gesture towards Abeadzeman in helping His Majesty, Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII in alleviating poverty in the Abeadze traditional area…… kudos! Mr. Charles Kofi Wayo, Abeadzeman is very grateful to you.

Abeadzeman is also extending her appreciation to the Pittman senior High school located at Elmina in Central Region, Ghana for their recent benevolent gesture in offering five scholarships to “Kwebu Ewusi Foundation”. The scholarships offered by Pittman senior High school was part of their resolve in contributing their quota in broadening the support base of the foundation- “Kwebu Ewusi Foundation”.

This vibrant foundation is one of the numerous flagship chalked by Daasebre Kwebu Ewusi VII in the past seventeen years of his enstoolment. His Majesty is of the strong belief that education holds the key to development of a society. Hence the call for benevolent individuals and organizations to support the foundation becomes necessary to help touch more life positively in the traditional area.
