Kotoko midfielder Seth Opare has applauded the medical team of the Club after returning from injury.
Opare who had featured in the team’s first five League games missed subsequent matches due to injury.
The player had been nursing an injury for the past three weeks ruling him out in games against Bolga All Stars, WAFA and Hearts of Oak.
The midfielder however returned to the bench when Kotoko drew 0-0 with Inter-Allies at the Babayara Sports Stadium.
“It has been good here. Some of us are doing the work because of the love we have for the team. Seth Opare was our first patient. I remember he called a player at his former club while we were treating him and was like: ‘Hey, you guys haven’t seen anything where you are. Come here and see. Here you get injured and the doctors are all over you’.
“That made me very proud. We are fans and it so it gives us a lot of joy when we see that we are making such a huge impact on the players” said Andrews. The full interviews with three medical team members have been captured in page two of this publication.
After an impressive spell with Aduana Stars, Opare signed a two-year deal with the Porcupine Warriors to keep him at the Club until 2019.
He is likely to play when Kotoko visit Medeama at the Takwa T&A Park this afternoon.
