Zibo could trade Liberty for Kotoko
Asante Kotoko are believed to be plotting a stunning move for Simon Zibo from Liberty Professionals in the ongoing transfer window, according to kickgh sources.
The Porcupine Warriors are advance talks with the 21 year-old over his possible switch to the club.
The source claims the Reds in pole position of securing the signature of the young midfielder from the Scientific Soccer lads in the coming days.
"We want to beef up our squad with another good midfielder for the upcoming season," a source told Kickgh.com
"He [Simon Zibo] is one of the finest midfielders in the country. We're still in talks with his club [Liberty Professional] over a possible switch"
The highly-rated midfielder has been strongly linked to several clubs including Aduana Stars, Elmina Sharks and Hearts of Oak.
He made 13 appearances and two goals for Liberty Professionals in the first round of the truncated 2018 Ghana Premier League season.
Zibo is currently a member of the Ghana U23 team.
