Ghana Premier League side, Asante Kotoko are set to appoint former Black Stars skipper, C.K Akunnor on a two-year deal.
According to report, the former Ghana Premier League champion have been in contact with the former Hearts of Oak Coach after the departure Paa Kwesi Fabin.
Coach Paa Kwesi Fabin relinquished his position as the head coach of the club on Thursday after just seven months in charge.
The former Black Starlets was seen negotiating a deal with a president of a club in South Africa.
However, C.K Akunnor parted ways with Ashanti Gold at the end of the first round of the abruptly ended Ghana Premier League.
