Asante Kotoko will be missing the services of three key players- Mudasiru Salifu, Empem Dacosta and Collins Ameyaw-for Wednesday's Ghana Premier League match against Medeama.
Salifu, a midfielder, picked up an injury in the 1-0 defeat to Berekum Chelsea and had to be substituted in the first half.
Centre back Dacosta was sent off after receiving two yellow cards in the same match at the Baba Yara Stadium.
Ameyaw is nursing a groin injury and so was left out of the squad.
The Porcupine Warriors left Kumasi on Tuesday afternoon to the Western Region.
