Former press secretary to ex-President John Agyekum Kufuor, Kwabena Agyepong, has dared his former boss (Kufuor) to prove that he did sack him.
Readers will recall that The Informer did a story in which it stated that Kwabena Agyepong was dismissed by former President Kufuor.
In a rebuttal to our story, Kwabena Agyepong has denied he was sacked. However, his claim has been contradicted by some close associates of ex-President John Kufuor.
Even though they will not go on record, they have asked Kwabena Agyepong to keep his mouth shut or else…
“For the records, Kwabena Agyepong was NOT sacked as Presidential Spokesperson while working for President John Agyekum Kufuor. In fact, Mr. Kwabena Agyepong resigned from his position as Presidential Spokesperson, a post he had held for six years, in May 2006, having discharged his job satisfactorily to pursue his service for the party,” he stated in his rebuttal.
Aside daring his former boss (Kufuor), Kwabena Agyepong in his response to our story decided to glorify himself with attributes he does not merit.
Praising himself of what he is not, Kwabena Agyepong, to the surprise of all, claims to be a distinguished communicator, unifier, principled true blue party person; and most annoying of all, a modest statesman.
