Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwasi Pratt Jnr is accusing the New Patriotic Party (NPP) of double standards.

He says the NPP prior to the 2008 elections created the impression that the then candidate Mills will be controlled by the former president Rawlings in steering the affairs of the country, but after President Mills has proven them wrong, the NPP is now chastising President Mills saying he has shown disrespect for to the former President.

Kwasi Pratt has therefore charged all members of the NDC to ignore the former first family in their campaign, since according to him there are clear signal that the founder and his wife will not campaign for the NDC this year’s elections. He was speaking on Radio Gold’s current affairs programme, Alhaji and Alhaji, on Saturday.

‘’Instead of the NPP admitting that they got the picture wrong, that their analysis was wrong, that they did not understand president Mills and have made mistakes about it, they now turn round and say look at him, he is soo ungratefull’’.

‘’If he had done the things they said he will do, they will then have turn round and told the public, we told you the man is only a puddle , the man is only been pushed around , you have bought one and gotten one free and soo on. He does something which disputes the position that they took and then the same turn around and say look at him, he is a traitor and so on. The lack of principle in our country is shocking’’, he said.
