LIVESTREAMING: Electoral Commission addresses media ahead of elections

In just a few hours, Ghana goes to the polls to elect a leader for the next four years.

The Electoral Commission is holding a press conference prior to that to address issues regarding the way forward as far as preparations towards tomorrow's voting exercise are concerned.
