65 YEAR-OLD-WOMAN DETAINED.

The Wa Police have placed in custody a 65 year-old woman who allegedly killed her two year-old grandson at Tafali near Wa.

Kofi Kweku, the victim died instantly when the old lady Sando Kuntia hit his head with a piece of wood when the grandson was playing with other children in the vicinity.

Detective Police Inspector, Philip Akanpami of the Wa Police, said the culprit whose behaviour since his arrest appears abnormal would be arraigned before court.
