The Judicial Service of Ghana has commenced processes to recruit qualified Ghanaian lawyers as Circuit Court judge and Magistrate.
The Service says only lawyers with “high moral character and integrity” should apply, and must have at least five standing at the Ghana Bar in the case of the Circuit Court judge post and at least three years for the Magistrate post.
Announcing the vacant positions, the Service said qualified applicants would be required to write examination, ICT proficiency test as well as pass a post examination interview.
“Qualified applicants should apply and attach their CVs, completed application forms, copies of their enrolment and other qualifying certificates including LL.B certificates and names, addresses and contacts of three referees through the head of their chambers,” the Judicial Service said.
It said the application forms which could either be obtained from the Judicial Service headquarters in Accra or its website at the cost of 100 cedis.
Interested candidates have two weeks to apply.
