Mr. Kwabena Agyepong, Press Secretary to the President, has called on Christians and other religious people in the country to pray for former President Rawlings for him to repent from his past unpopular deeds.
“I pray that God will touch his heart to realize the negative things he did and plead for forgiveness,” he stressed.
He was reacting to Rawlings, effrontery at this year’s June 4 celebration in Accra.
He observed that the former president called for people to accompany him to “Antoa nyamaa” shrine in Ashanti to swear over who is telling the truth shows clearly that he doesn’t believe in God.
“We must all pray for him.”
