LevelSet is usually described as a global mentorship platform. The group's objective is to achieve growth through mentorship and collaboration.

In the bid to achieve this objective, LevelSet plans to move through West Africa. As part of this plan, the group has already been in Nigeria.

The event in Nigeria, saw mentors and mentees from different industrial fields, coming together at a plush gathering, to discuss the usefulness of collaborations and forge partnerships.

Speaking to co-founder of the organisation, San Francisco based Business Consultant & Entrepreneur, Tope Ajala, She disclosed that Level Set Group is fuelled by the passion for people, as she happily stated that the same passion has brought the group to Ghana.

On Friday 8th March, LevelSet will be interviewing Accra’s 'Unsung Heroes’ a term coined to describe those who are excelling in their respective careers. Through this, LevelSet hopes to provide visibility to these characters and their work in order to inspire as well as raise the profile of LevelSet in Ghana.

A spokesperson for the group, explained that the venue for the Accra event, has remained unadvertised to ensure that only interested people, who register receive relevant details. This measure as further explained, would maintain the exclusivity of the event and prevent a rush at the venue.
