Liberty will definitely escape relegation - Samuel Sarfo

Captain for Liberty Professionals, Samuel Sarfo, has emphasized that his team will definitely escape relegation this season.

Liberty who beat Ashgold by one goal at the Dansoman Park are still not safe on the log sheet but this has empowered them to be fighting hard to beat the drop zone.

“We are not going to be relegated that one must be established, No and not in this my time as the captain for the side, its a bit difficult per the league log since we are just a point away from the the danger zone, we will keep on fighting hard until we are comfortably off the mark of being relegated,” he said in an exclusive interview with Sportsnetghana.com.

When asked what really gives him this hope, he stated.

“Our team is solid, we have a better coach and that is where i draw my inspiration from, no matter the situation i know that we will overcome this very soon, coach Michael Osei has really improved our team play and it is getting better and better, i’m very much hopeful that we will avoid relegation.”

Liberty Professionals are placed 12th on the league log with 29 points, just 1 point away from the drop zone.
