Homedakrom (E/R), Nov. 3, GNA- A clergyman at the weekend observed that the country was in the grip of culture of lies and lying and cautioned that there could be no peace and stability if the situation persisted.

Presiding Apostle Kadmil Agbelenyah of the Seventh Day Church of Theocracy, also stressed the need to respect every human being, irrespective of his or her colour, creed, religion and culture The Clergyman who was preaching at the Church's headquarters at Homedakrom in the Eastern Region said, "Gods creation still continues through human beings."

Presiding Apostle Agbelenyah said each race had its own identity and this should not be considered as divisions or diversification of the spirituality of God but it should be regarded as a unifying body showing different cultures and traditions. He said the country's peace and stability were important and critical and should not be subjected to party politics, functionalism, sectionalism, lies and half-truths.

Presiding Apostle Agbelenyah said any ideology that advocated supremacy a group or faction to the detriment of another group, was false and could not contribute to peace building. He said, "We need to do away with all that infringes the dignity of the individual and rather choose a way of life that is marked by truthfulness, sincerity and integrity."
